Bobbie, Registered Dental Assistant
Bobbie has been in the dental field for over eight years. She is a 2010 graduate of Kaplan College in Stockton and was the Valedictorian of her class. Bobbie joined Jackson Creek Dental Group in August of 2015 and was impressed by how everyone was so nice and inviting, and how wonderful it was that we offered so many different services to patients all under one roof. She also brings over 20 years of management and supervisory experience from retail employers and the dental field.
Bobbie loves spending time with her family. She and her husband also enjoy hopping on their motorcycle and driving off into the sunset when they can get away. When Bobbie is not riding in the wind, you may find her volunteering at her church helping out with the Bread of Life.
Emelia, Registered Dental Assistant
Emelia graduated in 2012 from Kaplan College as a dental assistant, and went right on to get her RDA license. She tells us she originally started out going to school at Cabrillo Junior College in Santa Cruz with her sights on becoming a Spanish teacher. Well, her mom was a dental assistant in the Stockton area and wanted her daughter to enter the dental field as well. Guess mom won!
After obtaining her RDA license, Emelia began looking for a permanent home in dentistry. She said she was very excited about working here at Jackson Creek Dental Group because she had only heard good things about our office, and had a wonderful experience with the doctors and staff when she did her interviews. Emelia says “It feels so comfortable here and I am so looking forward to learning and growing.” After the birth of her daughter, Emelia took a year off to be a stay at home mom. Now she is back and we couldn’t be happier.
Emelia is a professed book worm and loves to read murder mysteries. She and her husband are also very interested in cultivating an organic vegetable garden. When Emelia isn’t reading or working, you will find her hanging out with her family, enjoying some great food and fun times.
Jessica, Dental Assistant
Jessica came to this office during her first externship in January of 2019. Jackson Creek Dental quickly realized Jessica would be a great employee so she was brought back in May to complete her second externship. She officially became an employee in June of 2019. Jessica graduated from Sac City College as a Dental Assistant. She also has Associate’s Degrees in Liberal Art and Science. Jessica puts a high importance on patient care and educating patients on their oral health, which makes her a perfect fit for Jackson Creek Dental. She likes that we are able to do everything under one roof in this office.
When Jessica is not in the office you might see her out at the lake with her family or showing reining horses. She also has a need for speed because she has raced sprint cars at dirt circle tracks all over Northern California.
