Tanjia, Registered Dental Hygienist
Tanjia has always wanted to be in the dental field, after being heavily influenced by her hygienist when she was a young girl. She graduated from Western Career College in 1995 as a Registered Dental Assistant and went on to receive her Associates Degree from Cosumnes River College in 2004. She then attended San Joaquin Valley College to get her Registered Dental Hygienist license in 2006.
Tanjia joined Jackson Creek Dental Group in June 2006 as a hygienist and has been educating and treating our patients ever since. She loves seeing her patients and has built some lasting relationships with them. Her strong belief in taking charge of your dental health is passed down to everyone she sees through continuous patient education.
Family is an important part of Tanjia’s life and her kids are her priority. In her spare time she likes to cook, bake and make time to go running.
Taeler, Registered Dental Hygienist
Taeler joined Jackson Creek Dental Group in 2016 after graduating from Carrington College in Sacramento as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2015. Prior to that she had completed her dental assisting classes and obtained her Registered Dental Assistant license in 2011. In fact, she completed her externship here at our office. She decided she wanted to continue her schooling and went right on to become a hygienist.
Taeler and her family have been patients at our office for over 10 years and she says “The employees are so kind, professional and happy, and I love how the doctors take such good care of their staff. Jackson Creek Dental Group is the whole package.”
Born in Lodi, she and her family are long time residents of Amador County. She is actively involved in many organizations that help out those in need in Stockton, Sacramento and Amador. She also participates in CDA Cares to help bring dental care to those who cannot afford it.
When she is not volunteering you can find Taeler belting out a song (she loves to sing), out on the water with her family skiing and tubing, or just hanging out with her fur baby Hank, her lovable basset hound.
