Insurance Coordinator:

Job Title: Insurance Coordinator, Administrative Department
Days/Hours: Full Time 40 Hours per week
Wage Range: $24-$29 Hourly

Job Summary: To assist our patients in maximizing their benefits to the fullest through effective and efficient communication with insurance companies.
The Insurance Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily Deposits
- Balance of the Day Sheet
- Electronic and Physical Claims Submission
- Train, Assist and Run Reports
- Posting Insurance Checks
- Handle all appeals, rejections, and problems that may need to be reevaluated.
- Refunds
- Consultant Calls
- Back up for the front desk
- Medical Billing
The ideal applicant will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to complete tasks swiftly to meet the demands of a busy office, have strong communication skills along with advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology.

Patient Coordinator:

Job Title: Patient Coordinator, Administrative Department
Days/Hours: Full Time
Wage Range: $22-$30 Hourly
Job Summary: In preparation of adding an additional doctor to the practice we are interviewing to find an applicant who has exceptional customer service while performing a variety of educational and financial tasks. Patient Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling patients
- Participating in patient consultations,
- Calculating fees for treatment
- Coordinating patient financial arrangements and handling collections
- Understanding benefits eligibility and submitting claims to insurance
- Educating patients about their treatment and the health risks of not receiving proper treatment.
They may also be required to assist with general front office duties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication and presentation skills and advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology.
