“Having a new smile has given me a new level of confidence. Comparing before and after pictures I am amazed at the improvement! I am often complimented on how beautiful my smile is. Thank you Dr. Ask and Jackson Creek Dental Group for your excellent service and for giving me the smile I always dreamed of.”
-Amber
Treatment Plan
Amber’s came to see us because she wasn’t completely happy with her smile: “something was not quite right.” She wanted to have the “smile of her dreams.” Amber was also having headaches and TMJ problems. Our examination showed a limited jaw opening, and she was grinding her teeth at night. Pain and pressure was causing TMJ “pops.” She had completed orthodontic treatment elsewhere 10 years earlier. We also found she had dental and skeletal Class II malocclusion.
Her treatment plan was to provide a removable twin block orthopaedic appliance to correct the Div II open skeletal bite, correct dental and skeletal Class II malocclusion, widen the maxilla, and improve her TMJ health.
We also did gingival/osseous surgery (re-contouring of the gums) to reduce her “gummy” smile, and did in-home bleaching. We then applied direct composite veneers on six of her front teeth to lengthen and reshape them, along with multiple posterior direct restorations.
“Before talking with Dr. Roda I felt my smile was good enough to get me through life. Once Dr. Roda showed me what he wanted to do, just little minor movements with my teeth, I figured sometimes little things can go a long way. After only 42 weeks of wearing my braces they came off and my smile was amazing. I am constantly smiling and looking for people taking pictures so that I can jump in and show off my smile. Thank you to Jackson Creek Dental Group, Dr. Roda, and your team!”
-Cameron
Treatment Plan
Cameron was an adult orthodontic patient, treated for crowded teeth.
Treatment Plan
Connie’s chief complaint when she came to see us was that her teeth looked “old”, worn and yellow. Our examination showed attrition on teeth 6-11 with facial enamel microfractures and intrinsic staining.
Her treatment plan included direct composite bonding, direct composite veneers and gingival recontouring.
“Jackson Creek Dental has changed my life. Over the years my teeth had deteriorated to a point where I was embarrassed to smile and always spoke with my hand over my mouth. Dr. Simpson met with me and we decided to fix my smile and do it all in one day. Because I was going to be there all day they even provided me with an amazing lunch. The part that really touched me was that night when I was home, Dr. Simpson called me on his own time to see if I was okay and how I was feeling. Since my restoration I have pride in my smile and am not afraid to show my smile or speak in public. I get compliments all the time on my smile and am proud to say thank you to Dr. Simpson and the Jackson Creek Dental Group team.”
-Dawn
Treatment Plan
Dawn’s treatment included two porcelain bridges (upper left and upper right), all porcelain crowns on two front teeth, porcelain veneers on two lateral incisors, a lower removable partial denture and replacement of existing silver amalgam fillings with white composite fillings.
“Before I had my treatment done I was very self conscious of my smile and didn’t want people to see what my teeth looked like. Now I am very happy with how good my smile looks and I am more confident and no longer afraid to smile and laugh in front of people. My Mom and I could not have picked a better dental office. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming, and they try to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Roda is awesome. He did such a great job on my teeth and the whole team always makes my visits enjoyable.”
-Jessica
Treatment Plan
Jessica’s had impacted cuspids which were surgically uncovered and orthodontically guided, as well as orthodontia for crowding of teeth. She also required incisal bonding to finish her smile line.
“It wasn’t until Dr. Simpson fitted me with the veneers that I realized I had spent years being self-conscious about my smile. The process was painless and professional, and the result looked so natural that even my friends and family couldn’t guess that I had it done. They only knew there was something different about me. Now I smile easily, confidently and much more often.”
-Jim
Treatment Plan
Jim’s chief complaint when he came to see us was that he would like the pitting and staining on his teeth removed.
His treatment included indirect veneers on 4 front teeth and direct composites on direct composite veneers on two additional teeth.
Treatment Plan
Ken’s chief complaints when he came to see us were severe jaw pain, he couldn’t chew, and he had worn down his bottom front teeth. He had seen 5 different specialists for this problem, including his general dentist, periodontist, oral surgeon, orthodontist and headache specialist. After meeting with Dr. Ask he completed the recommended course of treatment and had an awesome result.
His treatment included periodontal surgery to correct gum and tissue issues, opening up his bite by 10mm with porcelain onlay crowns on his back teeth and full porcelain crowns on the front teeth, creating an amazing new smile and no more jaw pain. This was all done at Jackson Creek Dental Group.
“I was so self conscious of my teeth that I seldom openly smiled. Eventually I got braces at JCDG and the staff was always friendly and encouraging. When my braces finally came off, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Dr. Ask had transformed my crooked, spacious teeth into the most beautiful smile I had ever seen.”

“Before I had dental restoration I thought I had an adequate smile. The before and after pictures were a shock! I had no idea such a difference could be made! -Konimi
Treatment Plan
Konimi’s chief complaint when she came to see us was she wanted whiter teeth and would do anything to improve her smile. Our examination showed she had 19-year-old porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns on three teeth, and old discolored direct composite veneer on one tooth, and a slightly reversed smile line.
Her treatment included all porcelain Empress crowns and one Empress veneer.
Treatment Plan
Ray came to our office asking for us to “fix his smile up.” After completing his new patient exam, Ray was educated on what his crooked, worn, discolored smile could look like. His treatment consisted of beautiful composite restorations on all back teeth, adult orthodontic treatment to correct his bite and straighten his teeth, some tooth bonding, and teeth whitening. His finished smile won an award at the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the largest and premiere dental cosmetic association in the world.
“My deepest appreciation and thanks to Dr. Simpson and his wonderful staff for making this a very good dental experience for me. Now my teeth look great and it’s easy to smile again!”
-Reed
Treatment Plan

“I knew my teeth were wearing away and I needed to do something about it. After my treatment at Jackson Creek Dental Group I couldn’t believe the difference. I’ve never had such a great smile. Dr. Ask and his team, as always, were great and very professional. Thanks for making my smile brighter!”
-Rosie
Treatment Plan
Rosie has been a patient for quite some time. Her chief complaint was her mottled teeth and their color variation. She just didn’t like her smile.
Her treatment plan was to reduce the overgrowth of gingival tissue on the upper anterior and bicuspid areas to give the appearance of normal sized teeth, and correct the worn, chipped and discoloration of the teeth.
First we surgically removed excess gingival tissue in both the upper anterior and bicuspid teeth, and then provided at-home bleaching trays to even out and lighten the overall color of her teeth. Once this was complete, we applied all ceramic indirect restorations to the six upper anterior teeth, correcting chipping and wear, and filling out her smile. We also did direct composite partial veneers on teeth 5, 12, and 13. All old amalgam restorations were replaced with direct bonded composite restorations.
“I am so happy with my new smile and extremely glad I had this work done. My teeth were yellow, mismatched and I’ve always wanted them to be straight. I feel so much better now and people are always telling me how wonderful I look! In fact, my new smile actually helps minimize the wrinkles around my mouth and I love it. Dr. Simpson and his team were great and always made sure I had a pleasant dental experience each time I came in.”
-Sally
Treatment Plan
Sally’s chief complaint when she came to see us was that her teeth were yellow, mismatched, and not straight. Our examination showed slight rotations, extrinsic staining of the natural teeth resulting in mismatched crowns, and gingival recession exposing crown margins.
Her treatment plan included bleaching, veneers, crowns, an extraction, and a bridge.
“When I was about 11 years old, my friends used to make fun of me because my teeth had big gaps. I told my mom that I wanted to have perfect teeth. After two years of working with Dr. Kinzer and his team, my smile was just that. Perfect. Words cannot describe how good it feels to know that when I smile my teeth are beautiful!”
-Samantha
Treatment Plan
Samantha’s chief complaint when she came to see us was that her front teeth had spaces. Our examination showed a skeletal class 1 with normal skeletal lateral development with a normal skeletal vertical with good skeletal midline. Dentally she was a class 1 with anterior spacing with a normal dental vertical.
Her treatment plan was to level, align, tip, torque and rotate the teeth, close the anterior spaces with sliding mechanics, and maintaining division relationship.
We applied upper and lower braces, and no bonding was needed after orthodontic treatment was finished.
“Before I had the bonding procedure done, I felt uncomfortable smiling because of the gaps in my teeth. After having my teeth bonded I immediately felt my self-esteem and my confidence increase. My only regret is that I did not have it done sooner.”
-Stacey
Treatment Plan
Stacey’s chief complaint when she came to see us was that she did not like her small teeth, bad bite, and that her front teeth tilted in. Our examination showed she had two choices with small teeth: 1) Keep/make the jaws narrow to match the teeth, or 2) Widen the smile for health and beauty and then widen the teeth.
We chose the second choice, and her treatment plan included: 1) A Twin Block orthopaedic appliance to widen the maxilla, correct the skeletal and dental class II and widen the smile, 2) Bleaching, and 3) Direct composite veneers on teeth #6-10.
“I went to Dr. Ask because my friend worked there and convinced me that he could help me with my problem. My problem was that I wasn’t happy with the way I viewed my smile in the mirror every morning. My teeth didn’t look natural! It is in my nature to smile and laugh a lot even though I felt a little self-conscience. Dr. Ask did a tremendous job on my smile. (Oh, by the way I have a full set of dentures). New dentures were made that gave me the more natural look instead of the humdrum every day looking dentures. I can now smile and laugh with confidence.”
